We like it best when you end up with a product you are happy with. If that is not the case, we are happy to offer you a return or an exchange.
While we are prepared to go to great lengths to ensure you are a happy customer, there are a couple of conditions to abide by:
1) You must return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of when you got it.
2) Provide us with details about your return including the reason for the return. Please also clearly state if the product is in original, unopened and unused condition or not.

Once we have your details on hand, we will tell you how to proceed and where to mail your return package.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item has arrived broken, or we have made a mistake and mixed something up (hard as we try not to), then all return shipping cost is for your (the buyer's) account. On the other hand, if the reason for a return is due to a fault on our side, we will of course carry the cost of return shipping.
