I bought a Holga lens for my Nikon camera, and it was shipped by Express Post the next day. Unfortunately the package didn't turn up. I contacted PhotoMoti about it and they chased Auspost immediately and kept me totally up to date with all that was happening. Turns out Auspost lost the parcel, so PhotoMoti (without me having to ask) posted me a replacement free of any charge which arrived the next day. They did everything they could to sort out the problem and I was totally happy with their product and service.
